#17 - BC Bike Show Voice Of The People - Part 1
Apr 26, 2023 Season 2 Episode 17
Jake Johnstone

We decided to have some fun and mix things up a bit with this episode. We headed over to the BC Bike Show, down in Vancouver, and get the answers to some of Mountain Biking's biggest questions when it comes to mindset.

The goal was to gain a broader insight into the mindset of a whole bunch of Mountain Bikers from a whole bunch of different backgrounds, all over Canada.

Listen in as we ask riders for their perspective on a bunch of hottly debated topics like,

  • are warm-up laps necessary?
  • Mental Techniques for overcoming fear and doubt?
  • How many bikes are too many?
  • And their stance on calling the last lap of the day...

Hope you enjoy it!!
